Starting something new can be exciting, and we know there can be a lot to take in during your first few days. That’s why we’ve created this Welcome Hub to give you everything you need to prepare for your induction and start your journey with confidence.
From your first day onwards, you’ll have the support of a team committed to your development. Through training, coaching, mentorship, and real-world experience, we’ll help you build the skills and confidence needed to progress.

What To Bring To Your Induction
To help us complete your onboarding smoothly, please make sure you bring the following with you:
Proof of address
A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
Bank details
Your bank details for payroll registration.
Photo identification
A valid passport or UK driving licence.
If you have any questions about the documents required before your first day, please contact the team.
Your Role & Progression
We’ll give you a full introduction to your role, including what you can expect from your position, how our progression structure works, and the support available to you at each stage.
We believe in being transparent from the beginning. You’ll have a clear understanding of what is expected of you, how you can develop, and the opportunities available as you progress.

Onboarding & Documentation
Before you officially begin, we’ll guide you through everything you need to complete your onboarding.
This will include your employment documentation, verification requirements, and any information we need to get you set up within the business.
We’ll make the process as straightforward as possible and let you know exactly what is required from you before your induction.
